I raise up a basket of happiness,

And distribute it on the path where you walk,

Awaiting your steps to initiate the thunder of spring.

撷一捧清露

滋润深情的土壤

抬眸远山

嫩绿鹅黄吐芬芳

I gather a handful of clear dews

to nourish the soil with deep love.

Looking at the distant hills,

Everywhere smells fragrant in pale yellow and tender green.

赶一帘东风

带着当初的情长

在广宽的城外

去仰望天空的晴朗

I follow a curtain of east wind,

along with my initial affections,

to look up at the sunny sky at the open outskirts of the city.

黄大卫：David   Huang，成都人，英文教师兼诗人，擅长翻译唐诗宋词，汉语诗歌以及英文诗歌的创作，用词生动，地道，流畅，诗文视觉新颖，讲究韵律， 节奏感强，优美俊秀。
